“thinking about infinity. i realized everything just goes as far as we go. everything ends at the point where we stop going. you create reality with your action. there is no fixed end – you set the end, to everything. this is what infinity actually means. this is why there can’t be an end found in our universe – because as soon as you’d get there the end would have shifted to where you are not standing, and as soon as you’d get there it would have shifted again. every end, every border you imagine is just created in your mind. in this universe, in this reality – there exist no ends, no borders. infinity. everything we see, feel, hear, smell, think – is just from our point of view, this is our personal perspective. there is no finite reality, no fixed reality. we create our reality from our perspective. every being in this universe experiences a different reality depending on their point of view. this leads us to the fact that there is no such thing as truth. how could there ever be one only truth when there are millions of different realities? every being has their own reality and their own truth. just because someone else’s truth differs from yours does not mean theirs is false nor that yours is. it means that they view life from somewhere else than you do, they focus differently, feel differently, live differently. this is the reason why every kind of judgement is completely senseless. how would you ever be able to judge another being without actually living their life, watching it from their perspective? everyone experiences something else and by that experience creates themselves and their lives. letting go of any kind of judgement will set you free. ” – by me
i wrote this text some days ago while sitting in a train for 6 hours and thinking about everything and nothing. so often we talk about infinity, endless things, all this stuff. but to we really know what all of this means? do ever really thought about what infinity actually means? for me the answer is no. it was just a word used of which i thought i knew exactly what it meant. but after thinking about it for some time i finally had to realize that my mind wasn’t able to really grab what infinity is supposed to be.
the whole concept of something being infinite is so surreal. we grew up knowing that everything ends. we live in countries divided by so called borders. we know that everyone and everything will die sooner or later. the battery of our phones end – and need to be recharge. and so on.
when being conditioned to believing that everything ends – it is hard to imagine something that is infinite in every feature possible.
after thinking for some time about all of this i realized that infinity means that everything is possible. there will always be and end – if we think there is. but just as well, everything is possible and endless – if we think it is. i guess this goes hand in hand with the law of attraction. what you think – becomes reality.
humans have never found and end to our universe. but if you’d find the end – how would you recognize it. when the universe is all there is, how could there every be an end? i know this is hard to understand and even harder to describe. but just imagine arriving at the end – what would you see? empty space? but if you could see this empty space – wouldn’t it automatically belong to the universe? wouldn’t it be a part of the universe and our reality, too? because if it was not reality, you would not be able to even see it. so the thing is, as soon as you’d arrive at “the end” – “the end” would now also be a part of your reality, of the universe you live in. the real end would have shifted to somewhere else, somewhere you are not standing. and yes you could make your way to this new end – but it would just shift again and again.
i hope that i made the point i am referring to clear. i hope this inspires you to sit down for some minutes or hours and think about infinity. at first this might seem not as important to you – but if you really go deep into thinking and understanding you will maybe come to the same point as i came. the realization of infinity changed so much about how i see my life.
really grabbing the fact that everything is possible in this stunning universe we were born in. really believing that i can reach anything i want when i want it. it helped me to trust the universe 100% and to really start believing in myself.
i know this post is a bit (a lot) different from what i usually post, i honestly hope you enjoyed reading it because i am planning to write more often like this and about topics like this. it is just my natural way of expressing myself and i guess this is how my blog should be.
sending love and happiness your way, sarah.
