How to Slay 2018
“Be addicted to the feeling of having your shit together.”
Whenever there is a chance to have a new start, a new beginning – one of the best feelings is to have your shit together when it comes to this point. Everything is clean, organized & ready for you to have the best fresh start ever! Taking unorganized stuff, full to-do lists and bad energies with us into this new beginning will only steal our opportunity to really start over. Plus: we will be much more motivated if everything around us & inside of us is READY!
“Get your Shit together” To Do List:
1. Go through your To Do Lists
Make sure that everything that needs to be done – is done, before the new year starts. Getting up on 01.01.2018 and knowing that you need to do stuff for work/university, go food shopping and still get back to some emails while knowing that there is this massive blogpost you still need to write.. won’t feel that good, honestly. Strive to get everything ready that came up in the “old” year.
2. Clean your Space
Swipe the floor, vacuum, clean the kitchen, get out the trash, wash your clothes,.. Make sure that the space in which you life is perfectly clean when you wake up on the first of January. It’s always good to wake up in a clean apartment, especially when it comes to a fresh start. Waking up and seeing all the mess will only make you feel stressed out, we don’t want to feel stressed out in 2018.
Get everything out that you don’t need anymore. Go through your clothes, your books, your make up, through all your shelves, cases and cupboards. Only keep it if you really love it, if not – adieu. You don’t want to have anything in your environment which doesn’t give you positive energy. Sell it or donate it.
4. Throw Away unhealthy food
You want to live a healthy 2018? I thought so. You no what you need to do first? Throw away all of the unhealthy stuff that still exists in your kitchen (or wherever). As long as there are 10 big boards of chocolate, you will most likely eat them. If they ain’t there.. you will eat the healthy stuff. Easy.
5. Reflect the last year
Without reflection there is no opportunity for growth.. because you won’t know what needs to be changed. If you reflect you will find out what your problems are & it will be easy to make a plan on how to change. I won’t go into much detail – on 27th of December a Newsletter will be send to your Inbox about this. If you haven’t subscribed already do it now!
6. Journal about how you feel
Get out all the feelings trapped inside of you. Find out how you feel, find out why you feel that way. It helps so much to get bad energies out of your system & to feel clearer and more positive. It is also a great way to understand yourself. Take some silent time and without thinking about it too much – write everything down that comes into your mind.
Sweating & doing something good for your body will make you feel fresh, fit & ready for a new year. It is a great way to manifest the intention of living a healthier lifestyle in 2018. Plus this, again, helps to get old and negative energies out of your system. Plus you will obviously feel great about yourself.
8. Set Intentions
Now set your Intentions. What are your goals for 2018? Which habits do you want to establish? How do you want to feel during the year? Write it down, everything. Also try to put in as many details as possible. Create a Vision of the 2018 you are going to live!

9. Self Care
Now do something caring for yourself. Take a bath, light up some candles, read a good book & listen to calming music, use a face mask & put on fresh bedsheets, drink your favorite tea. Do all the stuff you love to do, calm down & get ready for the best year of your life! ( – Self Care)
