HOW TO SLAY 2018

I am back with a new post on how to slay 2018!
This time I am going to explain to you how you create a bomb ass vision for the upcoming year. As the quote above already says.. if you don’t have a Vision for your future there is no chance for growth to take place and because of this you will remain in the past, staying the same as you’ve always been. Doing the same, struggling with the same, acting the same. But if you, instead, create a detailed & clear Vision about how you want to be and how you want your life to be.. now that is a great foundation to finally make a change!
I sat down a few days ago to create my Vision and I divided it into 4 categories which I will be sharing with you now.
In this section you write down certain things you want to accomplish like managing a strong workout routine, eating healthy, going on a retreat, start a daily meditation practice, something about school/university/work, and so on. Things you can really work towards. Only write down things which you realistically accomplish, I’m not talking about it being difficult and so an. But it should be something that is accomplishable for you!
Morning/Night Routine, Journaling, taking Notes, going for walks, social media free days, meditation (again), .. Things you are going to do daily which will help you to get in tune with yourself and build a stronger foundation for your life! If you often think about getting into meditation – now is the time!
On which parts of your life to you want to focus? Is it partying, hanging out, shopping? Or do you rather want to focus on school/university, quality time with loved ones – and your goals & habits from earlier. Write those focus-fields down and check up from time to time if what you are focusing on right now is one of those things.. if not – let it go. The things you focus on should be things that bring you closer to who you want to be and who you want your life to be, they should bring you closer to your goals!
This part is all about how you want to feel. It might be helpful to first write down how you are feeling today/how you felt during this year. In 2018: do you want to feel powerful, motivated, inspired, happy, free, light,.. or do you want to feel sad, tired, low in energy, angry, frustrated? Write down what you want to feel like and look at this list asking yourself if you are on track during 2018!
