    Such a great post! I have been focusing on my own self-care and sharing best practices with others, as well. It can be so easy to overlook so I’m glad to come across reminders like your article. Thank you for sharing!

    All these tips are so helpful and true! It’s really great to find a balance between the different areas of self care. I think the toughest thing is recognizing when you need to work on some self care. But taking time to do so can go a long ways!
