Today I will show you what my daily Morning Routine looks like. I’m sticking to it since a few weeks now and i can say: it changed my life. I have a lot more energy, motivation and feel able to accomplish anything. It feels so good to take care of myself.

So this is my personal Morning Routine:
This is the time when my alarm is ringing, but to be honest: i always wake up a few minutes earlier. Your Body will start waking up on itself if you do stick to the same time for a few days/weeks.
First thing I do is opening up my blinds and drinking a big glass of water. I also like to put on some calming piano music. It sets me for the day. The light and water really wake me up and the music grounds me!
Now it is time for a meditation. Usually i start by listening to some affirmations, after that I will meditate silent for around 10 minutes (setting a timer). I also really like to do the Morning Routine from Tony Robbins (click here for the Youtube Tutorial on this), he takes you through a energizing breathing routine followed by gratitude practice. I feel energized and happy after this.
Now i just walk through my room or stand in front of my mirror and say my personal affirmations. A free printable Worksheet on designing your own Affirmations will come out soon! I’m working on it.
Often i will then sit down in front of my vision board and visualize my goals!
It empowers me doing this in the morning and motivates me to complete every task that is due today.
It’s time for Yoga! yeah. I love doing this so so so much! Additionally – yoga just calms my mind so much. If you haven’t done it yet – do it right now! After a few days you will feel such a change in your mindset. Becoming more patient and emotionally stable, also understanding your emotions a lot better.
After this I get into my Bathroom, do some dry brushing which energizes my whole body, leaves my skin super-soft and activates my lymph system! You should definitely give it a try! Then I’m getting into the shower, get ready for the day and make myself a greaaaaaaat breakfast. Most of the time I go for a big green smoothie and some tea.
While drinking this I write into my Journal. Every Morning i write some pages – it is called conscious writing. You can find a lot about this on Youtube and Pinterest and I’m writing a blogpost on this soon. Basically you just write down everything that comes to your mind without thinking about it. It really feels good, trust me.
I now start planning my day with my bullet journal, i write down what i need to do and also some motivating quotes that will keep me going.
Now: getting to work! Yes girlboss, i start working this early. I love it. I feel so productive and i have a lot of time left at the end of the day for my selfcare!
Also I am not saying this is the ideal Morning Routine, for everybody works something else and you need to find out what is best for you. Just collect inspiration and try out different things.
