    Hi Sarah,
    for becomming a quick and deep sleep i drink a glas of red wine in the evening before i take a shower, then jumping into bed!
    That’s ok too?

      I would rather recommend drinking a big glas of water or herbal tea instead of alcohol but if this works for you it is fine!
